New support hours : We have adjusted our support opening hours. You can now reach us at the following times:
Monday: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM
Friday: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
Other adjustments: In addition to the big changes, we have also made minor improvements, such as new private call rooms among the community rooms, which offer you more opportunities for private conversations.
